1. Buoy inspection and maintenance

The buoy assembly is a mechanical structure installed inside the tower and tank. It cannot be maintained and maintained during the production process. This situation and failure phenomenon can only be observed when the process is stopped. Therefore, in the maintenance process should be carefully checked, the mechanical structure of the buoy will directly affect the operation of the device, in the production process, the tower tank buoy falls off, the buoy corrosion failure, etc., when the tower tank buoy components have problems, the measurement work is very passive.

The buoy is a hollow ball that welds two hemispheres together. The inner wall of the buoy is relatively thin, which is prone to corrosion perforation and wear when using the medium. The two hemispheres after welding are also prone to corrosion. Special attention should be paid to the inspection. The buoy is connected with the connecting rod through bolts to prevent the mechanical parts of the buoy from falling off and loosening during use. All mechanical fastening parts, bolts, threaded joints, fixing nuts, etc. are welded by spot welding after tightening.

2. Inspection and maintenance of connecting rod

The length of the buoy connecting rod is very long, and it is prone to deformation and bending under the influence of medium and high temperature, corrosion and liquid waves, which will change the measuring range of the buoy and increase the dead zone. However, there will also be hidden dangers of rod bending and crushing. The deformation of the bent rod found in maintenance should be corrected or reinforced, or even replaced. If the fastening nut of the buoy connecting rod is severely corroded, it should be replaced.

3. Check and maintain the conveying mechanism

The movable parts or fixed parts of the transmission mechanism in the medium are prone to corrosion. If the corrosion of the moving limit hole becomes larger, the corrosion of the limit bolt becomes thinner and smaller, etc., during maintenance, check the corrosion degree of the limit bolt and hard nut of the swing arm. Do a detailed inspection of the transfer mechanism, axle sleeves and bolts. Replace and repair the severely corroded components.
