The buoy level gauge is a mechanical level measuring instrument. When the liquid level in the measuring container is at a certain position, the buoy weight W, the weight W1 of the heavy hammer pointer and the buoyancy F of the buoy immersed in the liquid, the friction force F and the four forces in the whole system are in equilibrium (I .e. W-F- W1-f = 0). When the liquid level rises, the float is floated along the guide cable due to the traction cable, and the liquid buoyancy, F increases. Second, the structure of the buoy level meter:

1. Float: The float is welded with two stainless steel (or carbon steel) hollow cones and a stainless steel (or carbon steel) hollow cylinder, and a guide ring is welded on both sides of the float to play a guiding role. The function of the float is to directly transfer the buoyancy of the liquid level change to the traction cable, so that the traction cable transfers the liquid level change to the heavy hammer pointer to realize the on-site indication of the liquid level change.

2. Traction cable: a float is hung at one end of the connecting wire. The other end is connected to the hammer pointer, and the middle part is enclosed in the steel pipe.

3. Guide pulley: It is designed according to the geometric shape of the on-site liquid level tank and the installation requirements of the instrument, and is connected to the two parts of the steel wire guide pulley approved pulley shell. The main function is to guide the connecting wire and reduce the resistance of the system rotation.

4. Heavy hammer pointer: It is made of A3F steel, and the middle is made of pointer form. The corresponding scale value pointed by the pointer is to measure the height of the liquid level, which moves synchronously with the change of the float and the connecting traction cable. When the magnetic flap is displayed, the heavy hammer pointer is replaced by a steel pipe with magnetic steel inside.

5. Display ruler: It is pressed from alloy aluminum or stainless steel by the user according to the actual working conditions. The standard value is engraved on the surface, in centimeters, and the height of each section is 1 meter. When the magnetic flap is displayed, it is replaced by red and white flaps.
