Overview

UHS-600 series float type liquid level switch is a liquid level control alarm product developed according to foreign advanced product technology. This product has the characteristics of reasonable structure and high reliability. It is suitable for various high temperature, high pressure and open containers in the process of aquatic products in petrochemical, electric power, food, pharmaceutical and other industries.

This product mainly uses the balance between the gravity generated by the float (float) and the father and son of the float (float) of the whole movable part, and realizes the relative displacement through the spring, drives the magnetic steel movement, and makes the magnetic switch action, so as to send out the control signal.

 

Working principle

The buoy immersed in the liquid is subjected to the combined action of downward gravity, upward buoyancy and spring force. When these three forces are in equilibrium, the pontoon rests in a certain position. When the liquid level changes, the buoyancy of the buoy is changed accordingly, and the equilibrium state is broken, which causes the elastic force to change, that is, the expansion and contraction of the spring, so as to achieve a new balance. The expansion and contraction of the spring causes displacement of the magnetic steel which is rigidly connected to it. In this way, the liquid level is indicated by the magnetic induction element and the transmission device in the indicator. The alarm function of the liquid level signal can be realized by the instrument of the limit switch.

Based on the principle of displacement measurement, the displacement cylinder suspended on the measuring spring is immersed in the measured liquid and is subjected to the upward buoyancy of Archimedes, and its force is proportional to the mass of the discharged liquid. According to the liquid level, the immersion depth of the cylinder is different, the upward buoyancy changes, and the measuring spring will be extended accordingly to achieve the measurement result.

Reed-resistance type remote transmission transmitter is a supporting instrument of UHS-A series magnetic level gauge, which is used to convert the liquid level of medium into 4 ~ 20mA standard current signal output. The sensor part of the transmitter is encapsulated in the magnetic turn-over column panel or externally bundled, with reasonable product structure and convenient installation.
