Overview
UHS-600 series buoy type liquid level switch is a liquid level control alarm product developed according to foreign advanced product technology. This product has the characteristics of reasonable structure and high reliability. It is suitable for various high temperature, high pressure and open containers in the process of aquatic products in petrochemical, electric power, food, medicine and other industries.
This product mainly uses the balance between the gravity generated by the float (float) and the father and son suffered by the float (float) of the entire movable part, and the relative displacement is realized by the spring to drive the movement of the magnetic steel, so that the magnetic switch acts, and control signal.
Working principle
Float type liquid level switch
The buoy immersed in the liquid is subjected to the combined action of downward gravity, upward buoyancy and spring force. When these three forces reach equilibrium, the buoy rests in a certain position. When the liquid level changes, the buoyancy force on the buoy changes accordingly, and the balance state is broken, which causes the elastic force to change, that is, the expansion and contraction of the spring, to achieve a new balance. The expansion and contraction of the spring causes displacement of the rigid steel. In this way, the liquid level is indicated by the magnetic induction element and the transmission device in the indicator. The instrument of the limit switch can realize the alarm function of the liquid level signal.
Based on the principle of displacement measurement, the displacement cylinder suspended on the measuring spring is immersed in the liquid to be measured and is subjected to the upward buoyancy of Archimedes, whose force is proportional to the mass of the discharged liquid. According to the liquid level, the immersion depth of the cylinder is different, the upward buoyancy changes, and the measuring spring will be extended accordingly to achieve the measurement result.
Float level switch
Measuring element type floating ball, when the liquid level changes, the floating ball and the liquid level change synchronously, the magnetic shaft sleeve is rigidly connected to the floating ball, the liquid level rises and falls, and the shaft sleeve rises or falls accordingly, entering or away from the magnetic steel action , The magnetic steel pulls in or disconnects, the micro switch acts, thus outputting the control signal.
