The steam desuperheater is a kind of equipment commonly used in modern energy-saving projects. The equipment is composed of two parts: a temperature-reducing water atomization device and a combined vaporization unit. In the combined vaporization unit, the atomized desuperheating water is further forced to rotate, shear and break, and is vaporized by heat absorption on the surface of the inner parts of the vaporization unit, which significantly strengthens the vaporization process and reduces the temperature of high temperature steam. The equipment has the advantages of simple structure, high atomization temperature reduction efficiency, low energy consumption, small investment, large operation flexibility, simple installation and maintenance, etc.
