Overview
In the liquid level measurement, the low temperature (below 0 ℃) medium causes dew and frost on the surface of the container, so that the frost layer covers the surface of the container. The frost-proof liquid level gauge is equipped with plexiglass fins on the body, and the actual position of the medium in the container can be read through the fins, which solves the problem that the general liquid level gauge cannot measure low temperature media.
There are safety steel balls in the needle valves at both ends of the instrument. When the glass plate is damaged by accident, the steel balls can automatically close the fluid channel under the pressure of the medium in the container to play an automatic sealing role. This standard applies to the liquid level indicating device of low-temperature equipment in the chemical and petroleum industries. The nominal pressure is 2.5, 4.0, and 6.4 MPa, and the operating temperature (referred to as the medium temperature) is -160℃to 0℃.
