Reflective glass plate level gauge without blind area
Overview
UHS-H type glass plate level gauge can be directly used to indicate the liquid level height of the medium in various containers. It has the characteristics of simple structure, convenient maintenance, safety and reliability. Widely used in liquid level measurement in petroleum, chemical and other industrial fields.
Working principle
The mounting flanges on the upper and lower ends of the liquid level gauge are connected to the container to form a connector, and the actual height of the liquid level in the container can be directly observed through the glass plate.
The safety steel balls are installed in the upper and lower valves of the liquid level gauge. When the glass plate is damaged due to an accident, the steel balls are automatically sealed under the pressure in the container to prevent the liquid in the container from continuing to flow out.
There are plugs or valves and flanges at both ends of the instrument for sampling, flushing or discharging the remaining liquid in the instrument during maintenance.
The product can be equipped with a steam tracing jacket, which is suitable for the measurement of viscous, easily frozen liquid medium.
