Overview

Working principle
The magnetostrictive wave guide wire is installed in the stainless steel or other metal tube that cannot be magnetized to connect it with high precision piezoelectric ceramic sensor. The electronic module sends a pulse signal to the guide wire and starts timing. When the pulse signal encounters the magnetic field of the magnetic float, a torsion wave is generated on the guide wire, and the torsion wave transmits the torsion signal along the waveguide wire to both ends. Until the sensor receives the pulse signal. The electronic module can calculate the actual position of the float based on the time interval between the start pulse and the return torque signal. Since the float will follow the change of the liquid level, the intelligent electronic module will determine the level of the liquid level according to the position of the magnetic field, and then convert the time interval signal into a 4-20mA signal or other digital communication signal output to complete the measurement process .
