Overview
The UHS-A series magnetic liquid level gauge is a product developed and produced by the company by introducing and absorbing similar products at home and abroad, digested, absorbed and improved according to the magnetic liquid level gauge standard HG / T21584-95 issued by the original Ministry of Chemical Industry It can be used to measure the medium level of various towers, tanks, tanks, spherical vessels and boilers. The magnetic liquid level gauge series can achieve high sealing, anti-leakage and liquid level measurement under high pressure, high temperature and corrosive conditions. The whole process of measurement has no blind area, the display is eye-catching, the reading is intuitive, and it can be equipped with a luminous display. Especially the on-site instruction part, because it is not in direct contact with the liquid medium, it can show its superiority to high temperature, high pressure, high viscosity, toxic, harmful, strong corrosive media. Therefore, it has higher reliability, safety, advancedness and practicality than the traditional glass tube type and plate type liquid level gauge.
The most significant feature of the magnetic liquid level gauge is that the liquid medium is completely isolated from the indicating part, so it is very safe and durable in any case, and various types of liquid level gauges are equipped with liquid level alarms and control switches to achieve liquid level or Upper and lower limit liquid level alarm control or interlock of the boundary level; equipped with a reed chip set liquid level transmitter, which can convert the liquid level and boundary level signal into a two-wire 4 ~ 20mADC standard signal and transmit it to the computer and regulator , Liquid level display instrument, realize remote indication, detection, recording and control. This series of liquid level gauges are widely used in: liquid level measurement and control in various production processes such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, pharmaceutical, food, power, etc.
Working principle
Level gauge is developed based on the principle of buoyancy and magnetic coupling. When the liquid level in the container rises and falls, the float in the level gauge tube also rises and falls. The permanent magnetic steel in the float is transmitted to the field indicator through magnetic coupling, driving the red or white turning column to turn 180 °, and when the liquid level rises At the time, the turning column turns from white to red. When the liquid level drops, the turning column turns from red to white. The red and white boundary of the indicator is the actual height of the medium liquid level in the container, so as to realize the liquid level indication.
