Overview

Reed-Resistance Remote Transmitter is a supporting instrument of UHS-A series magnetic liquid level gauge, which is used to convert the liquid level of the medium into 4 ～ 20mA standard current signal output. The sensor part of the transmitter is encapsulated in the magnetic turning column panel or adopts the external bundling type. The product structure is reasonable and the installation is convenient. At the same time, the Japanese ALEPH reed switch is used as the sensing element. The product has good stability and long service life. It is the most convenient and reliable liquid level transmitter matched with the magnetic turnover column liquid level gauge. In addition, the output of the transmitter can be used in conjunction with the digital indicator adjustment and alarm device produced by our company to facilitate the display, control, adjustment and alarm of the liquid level.

Working principle

The transmitter is composed of two parts: a sensor and a converter. The magnetic float moves up and down, and the measurement elements in the catheter are sequentially operated by the magnetic coupling to obtain a changed resistance signal, which is converted into a 4-20mADC standard current signal output by the converter To realize remote transmission and transmission, the sensor part of the transmitter adopts the Japanese ALHPH (Ai Lifu) reed switch chip, its tongue is sealed in a glass tube filled with inert gas, and the tongue end contact is plated with a The layer of precious metal-ruthenium makes the switch have stable characteristics and prolongs the service life. Therefore, the problem that the magnetization of the same type of product after long-term action cannot detect the liquid level normally and accurately can be solved.
