FISHER float level gauge
Overview
UHS-3010 series intelligent electric buoy liquid level (boundary level) transmitter is the company uses the original Fisher of the United States Fisher DLC3000 series intelligent level controller meter head and torque tube, the rest (cylinder, buoy, etc. ) Designed and manufactured by our company. Liquid level gauge can be used to measure liquid level, boundary level or density. It can output 4 ~ 20mA signal, the liquid level gauge has HART communication protocol, and can access the information that is vital to the process operation. Use compatible 375 or 475 HART communicator to obtain information from process and level gauges. The HART communicator can be connected to the field junction box of the level gauge, and the user can query, configure, calibrate or test the intelligent level gauge. The information from the field can be downloaded to the control system through the HART communication protocol or accepted as a single loop of information.
Working principle
UHS-3010 series transmitter consists of four parts: buoy chamber, buoy, sensing part (torque tube system) and transmission part (original imported FISHER DLC3000 meter head). When the liquid level in the buoy changes, the buoyancy of the buoy suspended in the liquid by the twisted tube system changes, and the force on the twisted tube system (the weight of the buoy minus the buoyancy of the buoy) changes accordingly. . Under the action of this force, the torsion tube is twisted by a certain angle. Due to the different liquid level, this force page changes, and the torsion tube rotation angle is also different, so that the twist angle is proportional to the liquid level. The DLC3000 meter passes a ripple The tube and the torsion tube are rigidly connected. When the torsion tube has a rotation angle, the rotation angle of the bellows is transmitted to a lever assembly supported by a spring leaf, and a pair of magnets fixed on the lever assembly swing. The swing signal is sensed by a Hall element installed in a pair of magnets and converted into a Hall potential signal (V = KBI), which is processed by an amplifier circuit and then converted into a 4-20mA DC output.
