1. Working principle and structural characteristics

Automatic scraper filter has a linear filter with automatic cleaning structure. The filter element uses a high-strength Johnson filter, so it has the advantages of large filtration area and easy cleaning. When filtering, when the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter reaches a certain value, the backwash system of the filter starts to operate automatically, the motor drives the stainless steel brush to rotate, and the foreign particles are brushed off the inner wall of the filter by the rotating steel brush, and then discharged through the discharge valve , For cleaning purposes. In the entire filtration and cleaning process of the filter, the material flows continuously, realizing continuous and automated production.
