Overview

UB-3XA glass plate level gauge is an improved type of X49H-25 and similar products at home and abroad. It can be installed on boilers and other pressure vessels to directly indicate the liquid level of the measured medium.

Working principle and structural characteristics

The upper and lower plug valves of the instrument are welded with flanges to connect with the container to form a communicating device, and the liquid level height in the container can be directly read through the glass plate. And can not stop furnace cleaning and replacement of glass plate. When the glass plate is accidentally damaged, with the help of the handle, the plug of the upper and lower plug valves is turned 90 °, which can prevent the medium in the container from continuing to flow out.

Reed-resistance type remote transmission transmitter is a supporting instrument of UHS-A series magnetic level gauge, which is used to convert the liquid level of medium into 4 ~ 20mA standard current signal output. The sensor part of the transmitter is encapsulated in the magnetic turn-over column panel or externally bundled, with reasonable product structure and convenient installation.
