Overview

The UHS-600B side-mounted float level controller is suitable for the control of the liquid level in the open or pressure vessel in the industrial production process. When the liquid level reaches the high and low limits, the relay contact can be used as a signal alarm device or electric pump and other lines of the switch. The controller is suitable for water treatment, petrochemical, boiler, ship and other industries. Due to its flexible structure, wider temperature and pressure range, it can partially replace UQK series products.

Working principle

The side-mounted float level switch uses the principle of liquid buoyancy. When the float moves up and down due to buoyancy, the magnetic reed switch in the junction box is affected by the arm end magnet, and the "NC" contact and the "NO" contact are exchanged. The same principle is applied to the micro switch device. The magnet in front of the micro switch and the arm end magnet push the micro switch through mutual repulsion, resulting in "NC" and "NO" actions.
