UHS-C anti-frost type glass plate level gauge

Overview

In liquid level measurement, low temperature (below 0 ℃) medium makes the surface of the container condensation, frost, so that the frost layer covers the surface of the container. The anti-frost type level gauge is equipped with plexiglass fins on the body, and the actual position of the medium in the container can be read through the fins, thus solving the problem that the general level gauge cannot measure the low temperature medium.

The needle valve at both ends of the instrument is equipped with a safety steel ball. When the glass plate is accidentally damaged, the steel ball can automatically close the fluid channel under the pressure of the medium in the container to play an automatic sealing role. This standard is applicable to the liquid level indicating device of low-temperature equipment in chemical and petroleum industries, with nominal pressure of 2.5, 4.0 and 6.4MPa, and operating temperature (medium temperature) of -160 ℃ ~ 0 ℃.
