Product Description

Overview

The UHS-H glass plate level gauge can be directly used to indicate the liquid level height of the medium in various containers. It has the characteristics of simple structure, convenient maintenance, safety and reliability. Widely used in petroleum, chemical and other industrial areas of liquid level measurement.

Working principle

The upper and lower ends of the level gauge are connected with the container to form a connector, and the actual height of the liquid level in the container can be directly observed through the glass plate.

Safety steel balls are installed in the upper and lower valves of the level gauge. When the glass plate is damaged due to accidents, the steel balls will be automatically sealed under the pressure in the container to prevent the liquid in the container from continuing to flow out.

Both ends of the instrument are equipped with plugs or valves and flanges for sampling, flushing or discharging the remaining liquid in the instrument during maintenance.

The product can be equipped with a steam heat tracing jacket, which is suitable for the measurement of viscous and easily frozen liquid media.

Reed-resistance type remote transmission transmitter is a supporting instrument of UHS-A series magnetic level gauge, which is used to convert the liquid level of medium into 4 ~ 20mA standard current signal output.
