Overview

UHS-B series color quartz glass level gauge is manufactured using high purity quartz tube (99.99%SiO2). The instrument has clear display, good sealing performance, high temperature resistance, high pressure, anti-viscosity, long service life, convenient flushing and maintenance. It is widely used in the liquid level detection of various containers and boilers in petroleum, chemical, electric power, metallurgy and other industries. It is especially suitable for the measurement of colorless and transparent liquids (such as water, liquid chlorine, light oil, liquefaction, propylene, etc.).

Working principle

UHS-B series color Shi Ying liquid level gauge uses the principle of natural light folding and reflecting in liquid. With the help of red and green color filters, liquid phase displays green and gas phase displays red during measurement. Due to large contrast between liquid and gas phase displays and clear and clear indications, it is more beneficial for long-distance operation and night patrol. For measurement when two different liquids are mixed, three-color interface Shi Ying liquid level gauge can be selected. The three-color interface quartz level gauge is designed by using the principle of buoyancy and specific gravity difference. The small float in the quartz tube is suspended at the boundary part of the two media. Because the float is black and the upper and lower parts of the liquid have different colors, the display is eye-catching, thus solving the problem that the interface of the two mixed media is not clear in the petrochemical production process.
