Overview

The implementation standard of the lamp mirror is HG/T21575-94 "standard of the lamp mirror". Mirror is suitable for chemical, petroleum, cosmetics and other industrial equipment above, in the relatively poor light environment, the use of mirror comes with lighting lamps, flushing holes of the auxiliary flushing lens, to observe the monitoring of the working conditions of the material inside the container, to ensure the safety of production and product quality, industrial equipment is an essential accessory.

The illuminated mirror consists of a mirror and a mirror lamp. The types include flat-panel lamp-mounted mirror (A type), flat-panel lamp-mounted mirror with flushing hole (B type), lamp-mounted mirror with neck (C type), lamp-mounted mirror with flushing hole (D type). The mirror body material is carbon steel, carbon steel and stainless steel mixed, all stainless steel three.

Mirror lamps are divided into two types: anti-corrosion type and explosion-proof type.

Anti-corrosion type mirror lamp accounts for half of the area of the mirror glass, and the other half can look inside the container. The specification of anti-corrosion type mirror lamp is matched with the mirror, and there is DN125 type. Explosion-proof sight-hole lamp occupies most of the area of the sight glass. Another sight glass without lamp shall be installed inside the peeping container. The specification of explosion-proof sight-mirror lamp is only DN100, which is suitable for sight glasses of different specifications.

Reed-resistance type remote transmission transmitter is a supporting instrument of UHS-A series magnetic level gauge, which is used to convert the liquid level of medium into 4 ~ 20mA standard current signal output.
