Overview
Magnetostrictive boundary/liquid level transmitter is a new technology product of boundary and liquid level measurement, which can solve the technical problems of high precision and high reliability in boundary/liquid level measurement under harsh working conditions. Due to the technical characteristics of magnetostriction, it is determined that it will not be affected by changes in temperature, pressure, dielectric constant and other factors during the measurement process, and has the advantages of high precision, high stability, on-site maintenance-free, calibration and so on. It can well supplement the shortcomings and deficiencies of other liquid level measurement products such as electric buoy, differential pressure transmitter, radar, magnetic level gauge and so on.
Working principle
A magnetostrictive waveguide wire is installed in a stainless steel or other metal measuring tube that cannot be magnetized to connect it with a high-precision piezoelectric ceramic sensor. The electronic module sends a pulse signal to the waveguide wire and starts timing. After the pulse signal encounters the magnetic field of the magnetic float, a torsion wave is generated on the waveguide wire, and the torsion wave transmits the torsion signal to both ends along the waveguide wire. until the sensor receives the pulse signal. The electronic module can calculate the actual position of the float based on the time interval between the start pulse and the return torque wave signal. Since the float will follow the change of the liquid level, the intelligent electronic module will determine the change of the liquid level according to the position of the magnetic field, and then convert the time interval signal into 4-20mA signal or other digital communication signal output to complete the measurement process.

Reed-resistance type remote transmission transmitter is a supporting instrument of UHS-A series magnetic level gauge, which is used to convert the liquid level of medium into 4 ~ 20mA standard current signal output. The sensor part of the transmitter is encapsulated in the magnetic turn-over column panel or externally bundled, with reasonable product structure and convenient installation. At the same time, the Japanese ALEPH dry reed switch is used as the sensing element, which has good product stability and long service life. It is a convenient and reliable liquid level transmitter matched with the magnetic turning column liquid level gauge. In addition, the transmitter output can be used with the light column indicator digital display adjustment alarm produced by our company to easily realize the display, control, adjustment and alarm of the liquid level.
