The remarkable feature of the side-mounted magnetic level gauge is that the liquid medium is isolated from the indicating part, so it is very durable under any circumstances. Moreover, various types of level gauges are equipped with level alarm and control switches, which can realize the upper and lower limit level alarm control or interlocking of the liquid level or boundary position. With a dry spring chipset level transmitter, the liquid level and boundary position signals can be converted into two-wire 4~20mADC standard signals, it is transmitted to computers, regulators, and liquid level digital displays to realize remote indication, detection, recording and control. This series of liquid level meters are widely used in various production processes such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, food, and electric power. Working principle

The liquid level gauge is developed according to the principle of buoyancy and magnetic coupling. When the liquid level in the container rises and falls, the float in the liquid level gauge conduit also rises and falls. The magnetic steel in the float is transmitted to the on-site indicator through magnetic coupling to drive the red or white turning column to turn 180. When the liquid level rises, the turning column turns from white to red. When the liquid level drops, the turning column turns from red to white. The red and white boundary positions of the indicator are the actual height of the liquid level of the medium in the container, thus realizing liquid level indication.
