Overview

CZ type magnetostrictive liquid level transmitter is a new generation of high precision liquid level measurement transmitter developed by using magnetostrictive principle.

CZ type magnetostrictive liquid level transmitter is the introduction of K-TEK company's OEM products.

The CZ transmitter is fixed on the outside of the main pipe of the UHS-A series magnetic flip column level gauge in a bundled form and is used in conjunction with the level gauge to realize high-precision measurement of the liquid level and remote transmission output.

Working principle

Magnetostrictive liquid level transmitter is designed based on the principle of magnetostriction, which consists of a sensitive element waveguide (tube), a movable magnet and an electronic component that emits an electrical pulse signal and receives a return signal. When the electric pulse generated by the pulse generator in the electronic probe is transmitted along the waveguide wire in the steel pipe, the electric pulse is accompanied by a circular magnetic field perpendicular to the wave guide wire to transmit along the waveguide wire at the speed of light. When the pulse ring magnetic field meets the inherent magnetic field of the float, the magnetic field vectors of the two are superimposed to form a spiral magnetic field, which generates instantaneous torsion and forms a mechanical torsion wave on the waveguide wire to transmit back to the electronic probe at the speed of sound, so that the two ends of the coil produce response pulses. By measuring the time difference between the starting pulse and the induction pulse generated by the torsion wave return, the measured liquid level can be calculated. At the same time, the temperature sensor is placed in the measuring rod to continuously measure the temperature of the medium.
