1. working principle and structural characteristics

The automatic scraper filter has a linear filter with an automatic cleaning structure, and the filter adopts a high-strength Johnson filter screen, so it has the advantages of large filtering area and easy cleaning. During filtration, when the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter reaches a certain value, the backwashing system of the filter starts to operate automatically. The motor drives the stainless steel brush to rotate, and the impurity particles are brushed down from the inner wall of the filter by the rotating steel brush, and then discharged through the discharge valve to achieve the purpose of cleaning. In the whole process of filtering and cleaning, the material flows continuously, realizing continuous and automatic production. The automatic scraper filter is a patented product of our factory (patent number: 97243360.0).

Reed-resistance type remote transmission transmitter is a supporting instrument of UHS-A series magnetic level gauge, which is used to convert the liquid level of medium into 4 ~ 20mA standard current signal output. The sensor part of the transmitter is encapsulated in the magnetic turn-over column panel or externally bundled, with reasonable product structure and convenient installation.
